This is the PERFECT Summer Shake! It only takes a few seconds to make and can be used as breakfast or post workout. It's very refreshing so make one and take it to the pool!
Summer Sunshine Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 oz pasteurized liquid egg whites
- 4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 kiwi, peeled & sliced
- watermelon, sliced (approx 4 oz)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- ice cubes
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender & blend! Enjoy!
