This is the PERFECT Summer Shake! It only takes a few seconds to make and can be used as breakfast or post workout. It's very refreshing so make one and take it to the pool!

Summer Sunshine Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz pasteurized liquid egg whites
  • 4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 kiwi, peeled & sliced
  • watermelon, sliced (approx 4 oz)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender & blend!  Enjoy!

  • Protein - 25 g
  • Carbs - 20 g
  • Fat - 2 g
