Clean Eat Recipe :: Overnight Pumpkin Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup organic steel cut oats
- 1 cup organic pumpkin (only ingredient should be pumpkin)
- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1-2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3 scoops of Kal Stevia
Directions:
- Spray your crock pot with non-stick spray (use use an olive oil mister).
- Put all the ingredients into your slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Stir a few times and serve!
