Scott & I just returned home from a two week hiking trip to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and Grand Teton National Park. We hiked over 140 miles during our trip. Hiking is a great cardio workout that burns 400-500 calories per hour! Use this list of essential items to get moving up that mountain. Note this is a very basic list we will share more in-depth packing lists at a later date!
