It has been awhile since we've released a fun, random workout. :) This one is tough but see how many you can make it through and then have your goal be to complete it all the way through as you progress. If you can do this whole circuit, start timing yourself and try to beat your over time each time you do it!

For things like the high knees (90), mountain climbers (70), and butt kicks (30) just count to the number listed (or have a timer to go off after 90 seconds, etc).

50 squats

Need a quick workout? This one is short if you just do it one time through but you can do it multiple times for an intense cardio burn. Move as quickly as you can with proper form. 

A great way to finish off this workout is to run stairs. If you have access to stairs, run up and down the stairs 10 times!

  1. 10 Push-Ups - 10 Jumping Jacks
  2. 10 Lunges - 10 Bicycle Crunches
  3. 10 Shoulder Presses - 10 Straight Leg Deadlifts
  4. 10 Plank Shoulder Taps - 10 Bicep Curls
  5. 10 Tricep Dips - 10 Burpees

* Stairs (10 times, if possible)

I did a workout similar to this in one of the HIIT classes that I take and it was such a good workout that I wanted to share it. I changed it around a bit so that it would not require any equipment. If you have a jump rope you can use it or you can just use an "invisible" jump rope.

This is a workout you can do at home or at the gym. You will perform each exercise for two minutes and then rest for 30 seconds. The total workout time is 20 minutes, not including the rest periods. Remember to listen to your body though and take more breaks as needed.

  1. Mountain Climbers
  2. Jumping Jacks
  3. Lateral Jumps
  4. High Knees
  5. Butt Kicks
  6. Full Sit-Up
  7. Jump Rope
  8. Push-Ups
  9. Burpees
  10. Squats
