He & She Tip: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Cut a chocolate chip cookie dough bar into bite size pieces.  Bake for 7-8 minutes and then enjoy your freshly baked "cookie"!

Have you ever heard of UNREAL?  The story behind the candy is exactly that: UNREAL! It happened after a dad took away his son's candy after a night of trick-or-treating.  The son was then on a mission to take the junk out of candy.  Enjoy your candy with the unnecessary GMOs, corn syrup, or preservatives!  On their website, you can compare their products to the "mainstream" candies to see the real difference!

Monday Night HIIT - Football Inspired High Intensity Interval Training

Fall is definitely in the air! The football season is well under way. Why not get in on the action with a football inspired HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio routine? Below is one of our new favorites.

Note: If you are completing the She Sweats 12-Week Transformation, this is a great substitute for one of the HIIT Routines if you want to try something new!

Some High School football fields to not allow you to access the actual field; however, they will let you use their track. If this is the case, use the markings on the field as a guide for your suicides and complete those on the track.

Clean Eat Recipe :: Four Ingredient Energy Bites

These Four Ingredient Energy Bites are similar to our Clean Cookie Dough but less ingredients and less time to wait!  They are super easy to make and they pack well.  We love to take these bites to snack on for energy while hiking!

Clean Eat Recipe: Four Ingredient Energy Bites

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl using a spatula
  2. Place mixing bowl in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  3. Roll mixture into equal size bites
  4. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat

Makes 4 servings

  • Protein - 10 g
  • Carbs - 37 g
  • Fat - 18 g
