Clean Eat Recipe: Greek Chicken | He and She Eat Clean

This recipe is very simple to make but still very delicious! It's great for food prep and lasts about 2-3 days in the refrigerator. It's even good cold! :)

Clean Eat Recipe: Greek Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup of Greek Seasoning (make your own)
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • Optional Ingredient: Juice of 1 Lemon
Clean Eat Recipe: Greek Chicken

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cube chicken & place in olive oil coated large pyrex dish (we use an olive oil mister)
  3. Melt coconut oil in microwave (approx 30 sec) & drizzle over cubed chicken
  4. Sprinkle Greek seasoning over cubed chicken & squeeze lemon on top
  5. Bake for approx 30-40 min until chicken is fully cooked (we recommend using a meat thermometer)

Anyone else ready for summer?  Get a taste of summer with this Tropical Protein Smoothie! This protein smoothie will make you wish you were on the beach so drink with caution!  ;-)

Clean Eat Recipe :: Tropical Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 c Pineapple Tidbits (we use frozen from Trader Joe's)
  • 1/3 c Mango Chunks (we use frozen from Trader Joe's)
  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)
  • 3/4 - 1 c of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 scoop (21 g) of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 scoop Kal Pure Stevia Extract
  • Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients together & enjoy!  We use a Vitamix.

  • Carbs: 40 g
  • Fat: 5 g
