Clean Eat Recipe: Greek Chicken | He and She Eat Clean

This recipe is very simple to make but still very delicious! It's great for food prep and lasts about 2-3 days in the refrigerator. It's even good cold! :)

Clean Eat Recipe: Greek Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup of Greek Seasoning (make your own)
  • 2 Tbsp of Coconut Oil
  • Optional Ingredient: Juice of 1 Lemon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cube chicken & place in olive oil coated large pyrex dish (we use an olive oil mister)
  3. Melt coconut oil in microwave (approx 30 sec) & drizzle over cubed chicken
  4. Sprinkle Greek seasoning over cubed chicken & squeeze lemon on top
  5. Bake for approx 30-40 min until chicken is fully cooked (we recommend using a meat thermometer)

We have another pancake recipe for you!  What's even better is that it is another FOUR INGREDIENT recipe!  These are super easy and delicious!  Also, in case you missed it, check out our Four Ingredient Protein Bars!

Four Minutes - Four Ingredients - Four Steps

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (we use a Vitamix)

2. Spray griddle with olive oil (we use an olive oil mister)

3. Once the griddle is warm add the pancake batter

4. Cook approx 2 minutes on each side, until done

Topping Options: Real Maple Syrup, Honey, Fruit...or just enjoy them plain!

Makes 1 Serving (4 pancakes)

It's hard to go from using your old cleaning products to new, natural ones! I found myself wanting to revert back to what I know works - bleach, formulated granite cleaners/polish, chemical-laden window and toilet cleaners, but alas! Here are my favorite "recipes" for disinfecting your home!

In case you want to copy and paste these recipes to a word doc, here they are in text format! 

All Purpose Cleaner

Stir/shake to mix well. Use a squirt bottle for optimal usage.

Dusting Spray

Stir/shake to mix well. Use a squirt bottle for optimal usage.

Toilet Bowl Cleaner

Place ingredients directly into toilet. Mix gently with bowl brush. Let sit at least 30 minutes before scrubbing. 

Granite Cleaner

Combine in a squirt bottle.

Glass Cleaner

Stir/shake to mix well. Use a squirt bottle for optimal usage.

Tub Cleanser

Place salt directly on grapefruit half. Scrub your tub!

Grout Cleaner

Mix in a small, open container. Using a toothbrush, apply paste to grout and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Rinse off.
