I must admit, this recipe has been stuck in my draft folder for months. I just realized I never posted it. I'm so sorry that you have missed out on months of making this amazing recipe! I honestly don't make this very often because my self-control goes straight out the window but it is so good! You should definitely try it. ;-)

Clean Eat Recipe: Healthy Apple Crisp Oatmeal Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten free quick cooking oats
- 2 Tbsp gluten free oat flour, optional
- 1/4 cup stevia in the raw
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking power
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2-1 tsp pure vanilla extract (avoid HFCS)
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 organic apple, diced
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray 8" pan with non stick spray
- Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top
- Enjoy!
Yields 4 servings.
