Protein Packed Peach Mango Smoothie

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of AllWhites Egg Whites. All opinions are 100% mine.

We are big fans of AllWhites Egg Whites as you may now by looking at many of our recipes! We use them almost daily in our protein shakes. Not only are they a very easy and convenient way to add extra protein but they also transform our protein shakes into a consistency that is more like a milkshake! We don't stop at protein shakes and smoothies though, we also use them while baking and even when scrambling eggs! Bonus is they are easy to store and don't take up too much room in our packed refrigerator!

We tried out one of their recipes (with a few small changes) and wanted to share it with you! This is a great smoothie for pre or post workout because of the protein and carbs! It also sounds great to sip on while sitting out by the pool during the summer (or maybe that's just me wishing for warm weather?)!

Strawberry Cherry Spinach Powerhouse Protein Shake

Protein Shake RecipesWhitney CarlsonComment

Don't let the word "spinach" scare you from making this delicious protein shake. It's incredibly easy and delicious. Try this after a workout and not only will your muscles be thanking you, but so will your entire body! The spinach in the recipe provides essential vitamins like C, A and K, as well as the antioxidant, Lutein. The cherries in the recipe also add some much needed Vitamin B!

NOTE: This would be really fun to make for Valentine's Day because it is pink, despite the addition of the spinach. The protein powder that you use may change the color slightly.

Strawberry Cherry Spinach Powerhouse Protein Shake
