Grilled Kickin' Chicken

Clean Eat Recipe : Grilled Kickin' Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs (6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix all spices together.
2. Add spices to chicken in a tupperware container or a bag. Add honey and ACV.
3. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
4. Grill until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink on the inside.

Whitney Carlson2 CommentsShrimp are one of those foods that you may be a little leery to cook. You don't want to waste the cost of the shrimp in case something goes wrong while you cook them, but you also can't wait to eat them. No fear! Shrimp are really easy to cook and taste delicious!
Below is one of our favorite recipes. It's low carb, low fat, and high protein!
Clean Eating Recipe: Garlic-Lime Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP coconut oil, melted
- 1lb shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1/4 TSP sea salt
- 1/4 TSP black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
1. Combine coconut oil and shrimp into a small bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper, garlic and lime and toss to thoroughly mix.
2. Sautee shrimp over medium high heat for approximately 2 minutes on each side until pink.
3. Serve immediately.
