Booty Focused Cardio Training

Looking for ways to lift your tush or build a booty? We won't lie - it ISN'T easy but it can be done! With proper weight training (try our She Sweats 12-Week Transformation) and "Booty Focused" cardio training you can achieve that backside you are looking for! Instead of using running as your only cardio try one of the following forms of cardio that will help you build your booty.

Stair Climber or Stair Stepper - Hop on this machine and don't hold on! Work your way up - can only do 5 minutes at first? No problem! Record your stats and try for longer next time.

Walk or Jog Uphill - Want to get your cardio in outside? Instead of looking for a flat place to run try out a hilly section and/or do hill sprints. Run as fast as you can up the hill and time yourself. Try to beat your best time next chance you get. I bet you might even start looking and craving for hills to sprint up! {No joke!}

Inline on Treadmill - Bad weather outside? No problem! Hop on your treadmill and set the incline as high as you can without holding on! Try the incline at 6-15% and speed at 2.6-3.2 MPH. Remember, record what you were able to accomplish and keep building on that.

It's important that you do "Booty Focused" Cardio Training {when incorporating cardio} but it's also very important to not overlook the importance of weight training!

This is what Grace had to say: "I can't begin to thank y'all enough for your encouragement, this amazing program, and the kick in the pants I needed to get myself in shape. I have 3 kids and have quickly lost the 25-28 pounds I gained with each of them shortly after each was born. With my 3rd I lost the weight in 10 days, but after a very "give myself a break, I just had a kid" bad holiday season last year I decided I needed to do something. I couldn't get back to the gym because mine doesn't accept kids under 6 months in their childcare, so I used that as an excuse-which only made things worse! Finally in June (I think) I purchased the 12 week at the gym program after seeing Pam's amazing results! I didn't start looking like her, nor do I look like her now and that is okay-my journey is different. I am so proud of how far I have come. I look forward to being at the gym. I push myself harder than I ever thought I could and I am stronger than I have ever been! I still have a long way to go, but I am working hard to get there! I live at the beach and when I purchased the program in June I wanted to be able to feel comfortable being in a bikini! I am getting close…maybe by June this coming year I will have a smoking hot bod and no one would guess that I am 32 and have 3 kids! Thanks again for creating a program that can be done!"
