Time for another quick and easy dessert or side dish idea! This can be made in 3 minutes or less and really satisfies a sweet tooth!

Sauteed Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

1. Wash and chop apple into desired size

2. Lightly coat pan with coconut oil, just enough to cover (less than 1/2 tsp)

3. Heat coconut oil in pan, once hot add apples

4. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and stir until desired texture is reached

5. Enjoy!

Dark Chocolate Almond Banana Bites

A few weeks ago we shared with you our Dark Chocolate Drizzled Fruit Skewers and now we are sharing another one of our favorite new treat recipes!  We still had bananas left over so we decided that they would be good dipped in chocolate and rolled in crushed almonds...and they were delicious!  This is another recipe that kids will love to help make and eat!

Dark Chocolate Almond Banana Bites

Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Cut bananas into bite size pieces.

2. Melt chocolate (heat in microwave in increments of 30 seconds) and roll banana bites into melted chocolate. Roll over crushed almonds.

3. Freeze, refrigerate, or serve right away.

These bite size pieces are perfect for dessert at home or to take to a party to share with friends!  They are a great treat without the guilt!

These delicious skewers are the perfect treat without the guilt! They are a very easy and fun way to serve fruit as an appetizer, side dish, or even drizzle with chocolate for dessert!  The kids will also love to help!

This video tutorial will teach you how we make our fruit skewers!

Ingredients:

  • Organic Fruit of your choice (We used watermelon, banana, and grapes)
  • Quality Dark Chocolate (70% or higher - We used Lindt Dark Chocolate 85%)

Directions:

1. Wash and cut fruit as desired. Place on skewers.

2. Melt chocolate (heat in microwave in increments of 30 seconds) and drizzle over fruit.

3. Freeze, refrigerate, or serve right away.
