I know I have a ton of recipes on this website but I actually don't like complicated recipes or spending all day in the kitchen - and that applies to the holidays too! I'm not even a fan of your typical Thanksgiving food (never have been!). I do love the holidays but I think that more focus should be on spending time with the ones you love and less on elaborate cooking, cleaning, and shopping (unless that's your thing!).

If you are like me your phone doubles as your workout guide (I have our She Sweats PDFs downloaded to mine), source of music, and workout timer. However, using your mobile device during a workout can leave the device vulnerable to drops or other accidents and Corning® Gorilla® Glass 4 provides protection against drops. In the process of grabbing weights, doing cardio bursts between sets (for ideas see this post), cleaning my equipment, etc my phone has fallen on the floor more times than I can count. I know that many of you rely on your phones during your workouts too so that is why I’m happy to tell you about Gorilla Glass. This workout is GOOD! You can do it at home (or the gym!) and no equipment is needed!

You can use the clock/timer feature on your phone or download an app where you can enter the number of circuits and the time required for each one.
